Shipping was totally reasonable in both time and cost. This lotion applicator is perfect. I saw other styles at different shops that are plastic with roller balls. Yuck. This high density sponge is perfect because it does not feel gross on your back, is lightweight. And the sponge density holds the lotion while preventing it from absorbing it -which you obviously wouldn't want for an applicator. I was a tad skeptical about the angle but it turns out to be just right. I use it both overhand (over shoulder) and underhand (behind shoulder) to reach different parts of my back and it is just right in either direction. Couldn't be happier. Oh, after each use I run it under cold water and gently rub it with my fingers so nothing will build up. I think it will last a long time.

I am handicapped and was always frustrated that I couldn't reach the calf & feet of my legs for lotion. This has the perfect length, the perfect strength and the perfect applicator to do the job. It even comes with a pocket to cover the applicator area when not in use. Perfect!
